Hi, I’m Lilly

Much of my work is guided by a simple truth: the wounds we carry from childhood don’t disappear just because we grow up. They live in our bodies, shape our relationships, and influence how we feel and behave in the world.

My focus is supporting adults who are ready to understand the impact of their past, heal long‑held emotional wounds, and create a more regulated, grounded relationship with their nervous system.

I’m a Licensed Counselling Therapist (#3020) with the Association of Counselling Therapy in Alberta, and I’ve spent over ten years supporting people through trauma, anxiety, and the long‑lasting impact of early experiences.

I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy to help clients move beyond insight alone and into embodied healing, where the nervous system can finally exhale.

In session, I show up as a real person. I’m relational, warm, and engaged. I’ll empathize with you, sit with you, and be honest with you. I’m not a blank slate or a straight‑faced clinician in the corner. I want you to show up exactly as you are, messy, unsure, hopeful, guarded, curious — all of it is welcome.

My background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Health Psychology. I’ve worked in private practice and on the front lines of addiction and homelessness services, experiences that taught me deep respect for the resilience people carry.

    Focused support to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and create lasting change.

  • 90-minute sessions – $350
    A longer session tailored for deeper exploration and support. Ideal if you're working through complex challenges, need more time to process, or want to combine skill-building with reflection.
