Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here.
From a young age, I felt a deep pull toward supporting others. I remember thinking, “If someone doesn’t have anyone to talk to, they’ll have me.” That sense of care and responsibility led me to the field of psychology and continues to guide the work I do today.
I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a Counselling Therapist with the Association of Counselling Therapy in Alberta (ACTA), with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field.
I currently offer in-person therapy in Southwest Calgary, as well as online counselling for youth and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, and more. My work is grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach, and I’m trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Calgary and a Master of Science in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. My thesis focused on cognitive behavioural interventions for youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
I’ve worked in private practice and on the front lines of addiction and homelessness services, supporting individuals through complex trauma, mental health challenges, abuse, and major life transitions. These experiences continue to shape my work with empathy, humility, and respect.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me hiking, traveling, or spending time in nature to recharge.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven therapy for processing trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. It helps the brain reprocess memories so they no longer feel overwhelming.

Great for ongoing work and steady progress.90-minute sessions – $350

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Somatic and Trauma-Based Therapy supports healing by gently helping you reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system. This approach can be helpful for those navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
60-minute sessions – $235
Grounded, body-aware therapy to support deep healing and resilience.
Somatic and Trauma Based Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It can be especially supportive for anxiety, stress, life transitions, and building practical coping skills in everyday life.
60-minute sessions – $235
Focused support to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and create lasting change.90-minute sessions – $350
A longer session tailored for deeper exploration and support. Ideal if you're working through complex challenges, need more time to process, or want to combine skill-building with reflection.
